Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email Customer Service at CustomerService@oelsales.com. After approval, they will issue an RMA, which will be used to track the progress of your return. Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the completed return form and return it to the address below.

Please Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $500.00.
Arc Flash Clothing and Insulated Tools must be in resalable condition. If product is damaged or not in resalable condition, credit or refund will not be granted. We ask that original labels and packaging be returned as well.

OEL Return Request Form
OEL Return Request Form must be filled out completely. This form does not ensure your return request will be accepted. As the manufacturer of product(s), OEL reserves the right to refuse return requests.Once your form has been filled out, your request will be submitted to the OEL Customer Service Department and a review will begin. This process is usually decided between 24-72 hours. If you would like to request the status of your Return Request, you may do so by emailing customerservice@oelsales.com, please type in the subject line “Return Request.”
Once your return request has been approved, you will be assigned an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by OEL. This number must be referenced on the shipping label as an ATTENTION: RMA Number.
